Perché è differente

This rum has been distilled in a pot still after an 11 day fermentation and barreled on the 14th February 2006 in ex cognac casks at the Savanna distillery. Aged in the tropics, with an angels’ share > 40% and an ester count of 689 gr/hlpa, this edition is a Velier Tribute to the last Herr cask of the distillery. A world premiere. 1 of 262 bottles
