Why it’s different

Aged 6 years, Elegance is Paul Giraud's youngest Cognac. It is made according to traditional methods, with Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, and Colombard grapes harvested mostly by hand and from an agriculture far removed from pesticides, chemicals, and the addition of additives to the final blend. The high quality is achieved through meticulous a work on the raw materials that ensures maximum respect for the grapes.

How do I drink it?

Great end of the meal for those who like a quick, satisfying drink and to use as a base with cocktails. Because of its fruitiness and fattiness it marries vermouth and other fortified wines very well.
