HISTORY

PM Spirits is a New York-based importer and distributor of spirits, specialising in the unique selection of fine craft spirits from around the world. Nicolas Palazzi, the founder, is renowned for his research into the most unique and lesser-known spirits.

PM Spirits actively collaborates with distilleries and producers to create customised bottlings, unique expressions and special releases: this is what happened with José Luis Gutierrez, a great tequila expert who works closely with producers in Jalisco to select quality tequilas for European bottlers.

PRODUCTION METHOD

Blanco Tequila is produced from 100% local Blue Weber agave and goes through two different distillations, one of 8 and the other of 16 hours. Each bottling is the product of a unique oven (horno). After resting for 15 days in ex-bourbon barrels, it is bottled at two distinct strengths: 80 proof and 110 proof, i.e. Still Strength, strictly without added additives.
