Los Danzantes
Los Danzantes Reposado
Why it’s different
Los Danzantes Reposado mezcal is produced from Espadìn maguey, which is grown in the Valle and Sierra Norte region of Oaxaca.
It is cooked in an underground conical wood-fired oven fired with white oak. Fermentation is natural and lasts 6 days, in 800-litre wooden vats with indigenous yeasts. The discontinuous distillation process takes place in two stages. The Reposado is aged in American and French white oak for 9 months.
Produced by Maestra Mezcalera Karina Abad Rojas, this mezcal is round and elegant, robust on the palate.
How do I drink it?
Da bere liscio a fine pasto
