Los Danzantes Aroqueño è prodotto con l'omonima varietà di agave, ovvero la Arroqeño, coltivata a Miahuatlán de Porfirio Díaz, Oaxaca. Il distillato prodotto da questa pianta può essere floreale, anche vegetale, ma spesso sembra avere una nota di cioccolato piccante e amaro.
