Moscow Mule
Despite its name, the Moscow Mule was born in New York in 1941 from the idea of two entrepreneurs in crisis who decided to combine their products, Vodka and Ginger Beer, to create a drink for all palates.
Here is what you need to prepare this cocktail
- Vodka
- Ginger Beer
- Lime
- Ice
The Moscow Mule is served in a copper mug like this one, if you don't have one you can use a classic tall tumbler.
Fill the glass with ice.
Add 5 cl of vodka. We chose Moskovskaya for its classic, clean flavour that brings out the ginger notes.
Top up with about 15 cl Fever-Tree ginger beer. The unique blend of 3 types of ginger from Nigeria, India and the Ivory Coast makes it perfect to drink straight. If ¾ of your drink is the mixer, make sure you use the best!
Garnish with a slice of lime.
