Why it’s different
A tequila made from 100% Blue Weber Agave grown on the estate in the Los Altos South region. Baking in a brick oven for 40 hours and double distillation in copper pot, the first lasting eight hours and the second sixteen. Matured for 15 days in ex-bourbon barrels. Available in two versions: in this one it was bottled at an alcohol content of 50%.
