Why it’s different

Amaro Rupes Green is made, like the classic Amaro Rupes, following the ancient artisanal method of cold maceration of the thirty aromatic and medicinal herbs that make it up, including Calabrian liquorice, wild fennel and bay leaves, which are infused in alcohol for at least 20 days in large steel vats. Mint leaves are added to these ingredients for a fresher result in a bitter digestive with an unmistakable flavour and intense aroma.
