La nuova gamma Elements of Islay sostituisce quella precedente – vale a dire Elements of Islay Peat Pure e Peat ed è composta da tre espressioni: Cask Edit, Bourbon Cask e Sherry Cask. Ogni ricetta è stata creata miscelando piccoli batch di Single Malt per accentuare i diversi caratteri dello spirito elementare di Islay.
Bourbon Cask è invecchiato in botti di rovere americano e hogshead refill e first fill, poi affinato in botti ex-bourbon 100% first fill, viene imbottigliato a gradazione più alta per evidenziare la personalità naturale del whisky. Il classico tono affumicato da una distilleria della costa meridionale di Islay si unisce agli aromi più delicati e dolci della costa settentrionale
