Why it’s different

Pegasus Vodka Shooting Star is a limited edition that represents the most refined and experimental expression of Pegasus Vodka. It is made with locally sourced organic French wheat and is the result of three slow reflux distillations, equivalent to over ten classic distillations. The reduction takes place gradually and at a controlled temperature, a process that gives the distillate a velvety aroma and extraordinary harmony of flavour. This is followed by at least one year of ageing in Italian terracotta amphorae, during which a slow oxidative exchange takes place, amplifying roundness, depth and complexity. An authentic meteorite is suspended in the centre of the amphora, an element that is as symbolic as it is functional, giving the vodka an unparalleled taste and structure thanks to the infusion of chondrite, a mineral exclusive to meteorites.
