Why it’s different

Bitter Bianco Strucchi is part of an elegant and innovative line inspired by oenologist Arnaldo Strucchi, author of the seminal 1907 manual Il Vermouth di Torino, a true reference point for today's regulations.

The result of Paolo Dalla Mora's olfactory and gustatory research, in collaboration with ambassador Leonardo Todisco, this Bitter was created to offer depth without ever overpowering. It is made from an infusion of 15 selected botanicals: hops, citrus peel, aromatic spices such as cardamom and gentian, with lively balsamic hints of pink grapefruit, mandarin and wild fennel, nuanced by herbaceous notes of Roman wormwood.
