Why it’s different

Bitter Rosso Strucchi is part of an elegant and innovative line inspired by oenologist Arnaldo Strucchi, author of the seminal 1907 manual Il Vermouth di Torino, a true reference point for today's regulations.

The result of Paolo Dalla Mora's olfactory and gustatory research, in collaboration with ambassador Leonardo Todisco, this Bitter was created to offer depth without ever overpowering. It is made from the infusion of nine selected botanicals, including juniper and gentian, with hints of rhubarb and cinchona bark, and a fragrant finish of aloe and chamomile.
