Why it’s different
The Sherry Cask release is a tribute to the classic high-proof whisky aged in ex-Sherry casks, as well as a permanent addition to the core range. Fully matured in a small batch of 20 Oloroso sherry casks from the cooper Jose y Miguel Martin, it combines the sweetness of toasted American oak with the spices of European oak, balanced by a herbaceous peaty smoke.
