Why it’s different
Continuous bottling of Yoichi from 45%vol, no age declaration. Presumed to be around 9/10 years old. The peat comes out light, earthy, especially in the mouth. On the nose, however, balsamic aromas, light nuances of fresh wood and white pulp fruit.
