Why it’s different

Yuza Third Edition whisky is the result of different casks used for maturation, from the renowned and rare Japanese Mizunara oak cask to ex-bourbon and ex-Sherry casks. The small Yuza distillery is located in Yamagata Prefecture, at the foot of Mount Chokai. Founded in the 1950s as a joint venture of nine sake producers and long dedicated to shochu production, it has been producing whisky since 2018.
