Why it’s different
This new Limited Edition was created by Steve Bremner, whisky maker at The Macallan, and features a partnership with Stella and Mary McCartney, the daughters of former Beatle Paul, renowned professionals in the fields of fashion and photography. Macallan Harmony Amber Meadow draws inspiration from their childhood memories of being in the Scottish countryside, as well as the natural scenery of Speyside. The result is a single malt naturally amber-coloured thanks to maturation in American ex-bourbon and ex-Sherry oak casks, with notes of vanilla, toasted coconut, ripe barley and citrus fruits. The packaging features photographs of the Macallan estate, taken by Mary McCartney.
