Why it’s different

Established in 2018 as a producer of Sake, the Yuza distillery follows the concept they call TLAS (Tiny, Lovely, Authentic and Supreme): small batches made with passion for an authentic and elevated whisky. The distillery is located in Yamagata, facing the sea of Japan: good quality fresh water, clear air and moderate humidity. This "First Edition 2022", with natural alcohol content, is a whisky with an aroma as sweet as vanilla and honey, which flows in the mouth leaving a fruity, malty flavour.
