Why it’s different

Miyagikyo is a Japanese single malt that plays everything on smoothness, creaminess and ex sherry cask sensations. Distilled in Scottish-style copper pot stills and aged in mixed ex-bourbon and sherry casks, it is produced at the second distillery opened by Masakata Taketsuru in the 1960s. Together with Yoichi, it enriches Nikka Whisky's range of single malt distilleries.

How do I drink it?

To be tasted neat to best discover the terroir of this Japanese Single Malt.
