Why it’s different

A Double Cask born from a bold blend from Saint James' private collection, designed to harmoniously combine young and more mature agricultural rums.

Ageing in ex-Armagnac oak barrels gives the first cuvée structure and a pronounced woody, vanilla character. The second cuvée, aged for a long time in ex-Port oak barrels, offers a more fruity profile and introduces a soft, rounded finish.
