Depending on their origin, position on racks in the same cellar, heat treatment and various degrees of ageing, the barrels reveal rums with completely different aromatic perceptions.

The Rhum Vieux Neisson SFTB Profil 47 Bio comes from an initial 225-litre barrel from the Adrien cellar, which was filled in July 2020.
