Why it’s different
This rhum agricole is the first Brut de Colonne obtained from the harvesting of sugar cane from two plots close to the Saint James distillery.
The sugar cane was cut at its full maturity on 6 and 7 July, and the distillation took place in July, in a traditional Creole column without reduction.
Each step, including fermentation and filtration, strictly follows the directives of the AOC Martinique.
