Why it’s different

Neisson Rhum Blanc Agricole 52,5 is a very complex rhum agricole thanks to the rich volcanic subsoil of north-east Martinique and in particular from the plots in the village of Le Carbet where the distillery is located. The barrels for blanc 52,5 are harvested partly mechanically and partly manually, transported to the distillery and immediately pressed in the ancient roller mills driven by steam. During pressing, water is added to the juice and it passes into large open stainless steel vats where fermentation begins with selected yeasts from an indigenous strain isolated on Neisson's own sugar cane. Slow distillation in the 1952 Savalle copper column and a long rest in steel vats where the alcohol content is very slowly lowered to 52.5°. All these attentions during production lead Rhum Agricole Neisson to have great aromatic complexity.

How do I drink it?

È ottimo degustato liscio, con ghiaccio e una scorza di lime. È perfetto anche per un Daiquiri Frozen al mango.
