Neoli Himalayan White Pure Single Rum

Why it’s different

Neoli Himalayan White Pure Single Rum is a creation of the artisan distillery Himmaleh Spirits, and is the first pure white rum produced in the Kumaon plateau in the Himalayas.

The raw material is fresh sugar cane juice, grown in mineral-rich soil and nourished by the clear waters of the Himalayas, and fermentation occurs spontaneously.

The rum is distilled in double retort pot stills, using a method that is being employed for the first time in India for this type of rum. Himmaleh Spirits also collaborates with small local farmers in the production of this rum, promoting sustainable agricultural practices and ensuring fair remuneration, while at the same time making the entire supply chain fully traceable. The result is an aromatic rum, rich in herbaceous notes, with a clean profile. The name Neoli is inspired by the bird Nyoli - psilopogon virens - whose melodious song is associated with the rhythms of mountain life.
