This Jamaica Pure Single Rum is a blend of 9 ex-Sherry Lustau casks, both Pedro Jiménez and Oloroso.
Bottled at a high grade after 5 years tropical ageing, it has an ester content of 292.20 g/hlpa. The Angels' Share is > 34%.
