Why it’s different
Providence's new release is a blend of 17 barrels, of which 5 are ex-Carons, 5 ex-Providence in American oak and 7 ex-bourbon. Produced from Cristalline ancestral sugar cane, distilled at the Port-au-Prince Distillery in a Muller bain-marie still, it was aged for 3 years in a tropical climate. Limited edition.
