Why it’s different
The fifth release in the series is #espritdaiquiri, made with Neisson L’Esprit Bio, bottled at its natural distillation strength of 70% ABV, undiluted and unfiltered: the purest and most radical expression of what an agricultural rum can be.
The result is a fresh, citrusy cocktail with an elegant vegetal character and a subtle salty note which, unsurprisingly, is one of the defining aromatic characteristics of the Neisson terroir: the proximity to the sea, the Atlantic air and the volcanic soil of Martinique are all evident in the spirit and, through it, in the Daiquiri cocktail.
How do I drink it?
Allpossibledaiquiris are enjoyed neat, with the addition of ice if preferred.
The product is unfiltered, so each bottle has a residue. Simply shake the bottle before opening it.

The Daiquiri is the most iconic and quintessential rum cocktail, and the type of rum chosen defines the drink entirely: this is why the rum brand must take centre stage, and why extensive research has been carried out into the quality and balance of the ingredients.
In practical terms, each 70 cl bottle of Allpossibledaiquiris contains seven 10 cl servings: the classic serving size for a daiquiri served in a glass. Simply chill the bottle to 4°C and pour: the cocktail is ready, perfectly balanced, with an alcohol content of around 12.5% ABV, accessible and enjoyable even for those who aren’t fans of spirits.
The product can be stored at room temperature and has no use-by date; it remains at its best for 30 days after opening. Simply refrigerate it and shake it before serving.
