Why it’s different
Allpossibledaiquiris is the range of daiquiri expressions made with the world's most artisanal rums, organic lime juice and cane sugar syrup. The Daiquiri is the most iconic and essential rum-cocktail, and the variety of the chosen rum completely characterises the drink. This is why the brand of rum has to be the protagonist, and why a long study on the quality and balance of ingredients was carried out. Today, the range is enriched with two new references in addition to the first three:
004 Paranubes #theoaxacadaiquiri is made with the precious raw aguardiente de caña produced by Jose Luis Carrera in the village of Rìo Tuerto, in the remote heights of Oaxaca. Made entirely from the fresh juice of four local sugarcane varieties, Paranubes is fermented using indigenous yeasts and distilled in copper stills heated over a wood fire. The resulting daiquiri, balanced only by fresh lime juice and cane syrup, is wild, vegetal and precise.
How do I drink it?
Allpossibledaiquiris are enjoyed neat, with the addition of ice if preferred.
The product is unfiltered, so each bottle has a residue. Simply shake the bottle before opening it.
