Why it’s different
From Silent Pool comes a new, exclusive reference: Black Juniper Gin, made from the rare black juniper of Buthan.
The juniper is harvested sustainably by a team of people living in the mountains. The other ingredients are inspired by the aromas and flavours of the Himalayan Puja ritual, and include Chinese green tea and agarwood, with which the juniper is smoked.
The result is a unique gin of great complexity that takes one on a journey from the kingdom of Bhutan to the county of Surrey.
