Why it’s different

Amaro Dilei changes its name, officially becoming the Amaro symbol of Bordiga. An evolution in the name that keeps intact the historicity that has always distinguished it. The contents remain faithful to Cavalier Pietro Bordiga's ancient recipe.

Bordiga Amaro is made with infusions and distillates of alpine flowers and herbs. Bordiga Amari are produced following original recipes refined over the years, with fine inspirations, herbs and flowers mostly from the Maritime Alps. Bordiga is in fact a very special distillery, specialising in rigour and respect for tradition. Its strong point is the alpine medicinal herbs still harvested by hand and dried at high altitudes by mountain people in an unspoilt environment. This means that the botanicals used are wild. They are harvested without the aid of engines, without pesticides, fertilisers, fungicides and, above all, with enormous attention to product quality while respecting the environment. Each production, just as in the past, is totally conditioned by the changing seasons and climate. Once harvested, the herbs are meticulously checked by the Master distillers who deliver only the best for processing.

How do I drink it?

To be consumed neat, with or without ice.
