Why it’s different

Adriatico Amaretto Bianco: a modern Amaretto liqueur, with a sugar content twice as low as the traditional Amaretto liqueurs on the market, very easy to drink due to its low alcohol content.
The colour is milky white and the consistency is reminiscent of the almond milk consumed in Apulian homes.

Adriatico Liquore Amaretto: a modern liqueur, with a sugar content twice as low as the traditional amarettos on the market. Hand-picked in the Apulian countryside, the almonds are roasted for a long time before being macerated and distilled, then combined with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa and a hint of coffee. The final pinch of salt, from the Margherita di Savoia saltworks, brings that delicate touch that evokes the Adriatic Sea and enhances the flavour. The colour is deep amber, with golden mahogany highlights. On the nose there are clear hints of toasted almonds, marzipan and almond butter. The palate is reminiscent of honey candy, with an aftertaste reminiscent of bitter almonds, coffee and chocolate.
