Why it’s different

Bordiga Absinthe is an absinthe distilled from a recipe dating back to 1903, totally natural. Bordiga is a very special distillery, specializing in rigor and respect for tradition. Its strong point is the alpine medicinal herbs still harvested by hand and dried at high altitudes by mountain people in an unspoiled environment. This means that the botanicals used are wild, and therefore inherently Come harvested without the aid of engines, without pesticides, fertilizers, fungicides, and above all with enormous attention to product quality while respecting the environment. Each production, just as in the old days, is totally conditioned by the succession of seasons and variations in climate. Once harvested, the herbs are meticulously checked by Master Distillers who deliver only the best ones for processing.

How do I drink it?

Bordiga absinthe is to be consumed by the traditional water-and-sugar method. Also suitable for modern blending.
