Why it’s different
Grappa Erminia is one of the exclusive releases created and bottled especially for Velier Live 2024. This fine distillate comes to life through the meticulous bain-marie distillation of the marc from two renowned wines from the Veneto region: Amarone della Valpolicella and Recioto di Soave. After the distillation process, Grappa Erminia rests patiently for a long time, and is then carefully brought to the desired alcohol content, using only spring water, without any other additions.
