Why it’s different

For the production of Capovilla's Grappa Brunello, the pomace used are those already spontaneously fermented from the famous wine producer Triple A Il Paradiso di Manfredi. A grappa without added sugar and/or caramel, bottled in its white version at 45%vol, to maintain body and strength of the distillate.

How do I drink it?

Best enjoyed neat. Its depth and evolution demonstrate the depth that this compelte raw material like marc can have.
