Portofino Botanical Spirit Light Edition draws on the artisanal tradition of Portofino Dry Gin, reinterpreting its profile in a lighter, fresher and more contemporary version.
The recipe combines vacuum-distilled seaweed, water from the Italian Mediterranean Sea and a selection of 25 botanicals inspired by the scents of Liguria, including juniper, lemon, lavender, thyme, mint and iris. The result is a botanical distillate with a fresh, savoury and aromatic profile, ideal for light signature drinks, aperitifs and new cocktail creations.
