Why it’s different

Nutmeg Essentia essential oil is distilled in SriLanka. The fresh fruits, which would be toxic, are "broken down" by worms that with their enzymes cancel out the toxicity. The "digested" mass is then distilled. The result is an essential oil of the highest quality, designed as a "cocktail finish," that is, as a hydroalcoholic solution intended primarily to scent and lend prestige to cocktails without altering them.

How do I drink it?

As a cocktail finish, in or out of the glass. Also widely used by chefs to impart an aromatic note to food.
