Why it’s different

A blend reminiscent of the citrusy and herbaceous aromas of the Mediterranean, with hints of saltiness: sweet orange, mandarin, lemon, petit grain bigarade, lavender and terebinth, to which is added an Absolute of kombu seaweed. Fresh, salty and rich in complexity.

How do I drink it?

As a cocktail finish, in or out of the glass. Also widely used by chefs to impart an aromatic note to food.
