Why it’s different

Bordiga Gin Premium Rosa is born from the meeting of the juniper berry and the doclezza of the rose. Thanks to the addition of a very fine distillate of rose buds, it takes on the scent and characteristic coloring. Bordiga is a very special distillery, specializing in rigor and respect for tradition. Its strong point is alpine medicinal herbs still hand-picked and exicited at high altitudes by mountain people in an unspoiled environment. This means that the botanicals used are wild. They are harvested without the aid of engines, without pesticides, fertilizers, fungicides and above all with enormous attention to the quality of the products while respecting the environment. Each production, just as in the old days, is totally conditioned by the succession of seasons and variations in climate. Once harvested, the herbs are meticulously checked by Master Distillers who deliver only the best ones for processing.

How do I drink it?

Recommended cocktail: Negroni Rosa. Ingredients: 3 cl Bordiga Rosso Vermouth Bianco di Torino, 3 cl Aperitivo Bordiga, 3 cl Gin Rosa Bordiga top, Bordiga Lavender tincture. Ice. Glass: tumbler. Decoration: edible roselle or orange peel.
