Why it’s different

Bordiga Gin Premium Dry is a rare all-Italian Small Batch gin, distilled in limited quantities using a copper still over a wood fire. It is produced from juniper berries from the nearby Maritime Alps, and the particularity of the climate of the Alpine area, where sea air meets mountain air, gives the botanicals a very high concentration of essential oils, with unique and extraordinary organoleptic characteristics. Bordiga is a very special distillery, specializing in rigor and respect for tradition. Its strong point is the alpine medicinal herbs that are still hand-picked and dried at high altitudes by mountain people in an unspoiled environment. This means that the botanicals used are wild. They are harvested without the aid of engines, without pesticides, fertilizers, fungicides and above all with enormous attention to product quality while respecting the environment.

How do I drink it?

Recommended cocktail: Piedmont Gibson. Ingredients: 3 cl Bordiga Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry, 4 cl Gin dry Bordiga, Ice. Glass: chilled Martini cup. Decoration: strictly sweet and sour spring onion
