Why it’s different
Clairin Casimir is produced in the village of Barradères, about eight hours' drive from the capital: the last frontier of coffee, cocoa and Clairin. Faubert Casimir uses sugar cane of the Hawaii variety, the same as that coming from the Far East. Pure juice and wild fermentation in wooden vats, with the addition of local herbs, including aniseed and lemongrass. This eighth version comes from the 2020 récolte.
