Why it’s different
Ubric 1 is probably the only chocolate in the world flavored with a cocoa pulp distillate, produced by Corallo itself, which is used pure as it comes out of the still, and in which the raisins are macerated. After about two months of maceration, the grapes are drained and gently mixed with 70% chocolate.
