Why it’s different
Like the seventh, the eighth Rendez-Vous is a 2018 vintage from the Meunier grape variety that benefits from 63 months of ageing on the lees, but comes from the predominantly limestone terroir of Leuvrigny. This is a cuvée with a floral nose, endowed with a mouthwatering, saline creaminess of great delicacy, with a lingering finish rich in flavours of cherry, buckwheat and sablè biscuit. A subtle and authentic expression of Meunier.
