Why it’s different

Flor de Caña Anejo Clasico is a rum free of sugar, caramel, artificial ingredients and accelerants. Premium 135-litre ex-bourbon barrels sealed with dried local plantain leaves are used for its ageing. The annual angel share is 6%. The years the distillate has spent in contact with premium ex-bourbon wood allow it to develop an interesting flavour profile for classic and modern blending. The lowering of the alcohol content to 37.5° was useful to smooth out and balance the sharpness given by the cask itself.
