Why it’s different
This Waterford is a single malt Irish whisky made from barley malt The first Irish whisky project currently has 400 to 600 casks per year. This bottling mainly consists of first fill bourbon casks and 6 barley producers located in the south east of Ireland.
How do I drink it?
Ideal when drunk neat interspersed with a few sips of fresh water. Green and vegetable notes become candied fruit and biscuits. Finishes in ginger and yellow fruits.
