Why it’s different

A tequila made entirely from hand-selected and hand-picked Blue Agave from Jalisco. After the agave is slowly cooked, it is left to ferment; the next step is double distillation, in specially created cognac stills. Blanco is characterised by the great freshness of the agave, which is revealed here in all its aromas.
