Why it’s different

A tequila made entirely from hand-selected and hand-picked Jalisco Blue agave, here in the one-litre format. After the agaves are slowly cooked, they are left to ferment; the next step is double distillation, in specially created cognac stills. Blanco is characterised by the great freshness of the agave, which is revealed here in all its aromas.
