Los Siete Misterios Ensamble Espadin/Cuishe (Copper Pot)
Why it’s different
The mezcal Los Siete Misterios Ensamble Espadin/Cuishe, distilled in Copper Pot, is part of a range, Ensamble, made up of blends of different agaves, designed by the Maestro Mezcaleros: in this case the Espadin and Cuishe varieties have been brought together. Starting with superior quality agave plants, Los Siete Misterios follows artisanal production methods: cooking in underground ovens, grinding with wooden mallets or the Tahona system, natural fermentation with only natural yeasts and double distillation. Strictly limited edition. According to tradition, the mezcal that was produced in the villages saw the Maestros go into the fields and select the ripe agave, usually including several varieties in a single production. The Ensamble range is intended as a tribute to these original mezcales.
How do I drink it?
To be enjoyed neat, especially after a good meal. Also suitable for the preparation of cocktails such as Mezcal Negroni or Mezcal Tonic.
