Why it’s different

Amaro Rupes Red is made following the ancient artisanal method of cold maceration of the thirty aromatic and medicinal herbs that make it up, including Calabrian liquorice, wild fennel and bay leaves, which are infused in alcohol for at least 20 days in large steel vats. In the Red version, notes of bergamot and chilli pepper are added to the original recipe for a full, warming final result.

How do I drink it?

Perfect to be enjoyed in a low tumbler at the end of a long day.
