Why it’s different

Amaro Rupes Black is made following the ancient artisanal method of cold maceration of the thirty aromatic and medicinal herbs that make it up, including Calabrian liquorice, wild fennel and bay leaves, which are infused in alcohol for at least 20 days in large steel vats. The Black version is a limited edition with a dark bottle and a screen-printed platinum and gold alloy label. Notes of undergrowth and medicinal herbs, tamarind and liquorice prevail in this release.
