Why it’s different

The Amaro Rupes is made following the ancient artisanal method of cold maceration of the thirty aromatic and officinal herbs that make it up, among which are Calabrian liquorice, wild fennel and bay leaves, which are infused in alcohol for at least 20 days in large steel vats. The result is a bitter digestive with an unmistakable flavour and intense aroma.

How do I drink it?

Perfect to be enjoyed in a low tumbler at the end of a long day.
